1lb back down out of 2lbs up. I'm okay with it, because I know it was the whipped cream (w/hidden sugar) in it.

Yesterday I deliberately increased my calories (from fat) and it seems to have helped with my energy level as well as the drop. I also ate breakfast, but after I posted my foods yesterday I realized that I did actually fast because I stopped eating at 6pm the night before that and didn't eat breakfast til 10am. I like that 16/8 schedule better, and maybe eating an earlier dinner helped as well.

Slept terrible last night. Kept tossing and turning, and in cold of the night I was sweating. My boxer dog Abbey sleeps in a crate next to my side of the bed and she started scratching lightly at the side at 12:30 a.m. Got up and stumbled downstairs, and took her outside, then back upstairs, to do it all over again at 2:30 a.m. She never does that. I think it was a full moon as well...

Didn't eat breakfast and lunch today, I wasn't hungry and I had lots of energy. But I did have lots of water and coffee lots of fat in it!

I went grocery shopping on Amazon to buy more almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour so that I try to make a Keto friendly bread recipe, and Coconut Secret Teriyaki Sauce-Coconut Aminos , so that I can make SquirrelB's Pork Fried Cauliflower.

I made Keto Cheese Chips for the first time (8 ozs of cheddar or provolone cheese sliced into pieces sprinkled with paprika to fit on a standard cookie sheet on parchment paper for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees, to go with guacamole dip. I entered a store brand dip 2/1 serving in my food diary, but I actually made a big batch of homemade from a Keto website recipe and stuck it in the fridge. 2 avocados, 2 cloves minced garlic, bunch of finely chopped green onion, 2 Tbs of olive oil, 2-4 Tbs mayo, 2 Tbs sour cream, 1 Tbs green salsa, 1 slice of fresh squeezed lemon juice (or use lime), and salt and pepper for taste. Kept in the fridge til I was making dinner. Had chips that equaled 1 slice of cheese and 1 Tbs of guacamole. My husband laughed at my cheese chips, but guess what??? He ate them, of course w/dip! LOL!

Still haven't cheated one tiny bit since starting LCHF on 1/30/18 and back up 2lbs. But, I may have found the culprit causing my bouncing scale!

Beware of sugar in some brands of spray can heavy whipping cream that didn't always have it. I have used 'Sunnyside' the most. Since my weight was up this morning I took a look at all of the labels in my fridge. There it was...the 3rd ingredient was 'Sugar'. Although it says that it is only 2 carbs, I don't think I quite believe that because it taste sweet. So, I dumped my coffee cup and started over with 'Unsweetened Whipping Cream'.

Hopefully in the next few days or so I will be back on track. Gosh, what a life lesson in my WOE!

Today, I woke up really hungry so I had breakfast (went to bed that way too). Bumped up my calories, but that's okay, I only eat til I am not hungry.
