Frolicking in the SF Bay area with my Ogre!:)
Edit: Visited with family today, then out to dinner with my Ogre at The Cheesecake Factory. I did well with keep it LC for dinner, had them swap things out for me, then there was the LC cheesecake. I almost ate the whole piece after I got home. This is going to be interesting bounce up on the scale in the morning. I did walk a bunch though so that was a good thing.

BS 102 at 6:00 a.m.

Out of town today. Improvised my food to stay on WOE. Atkins meal bar for lunch as I was driving long distance. First the vets, kitty Odie got his vaccinations and check-up. Poor lil guy has a bad tooth in the back (the roots are showing). On the 20th he gets to spend the night and have it pulled under anesthesia early next morning.
Picked-up 19 yr old GD so that she could hang out with her bestie, Sunshine at our home for a few days. They grew up together. Both of them are going to college full time and don't drive (can't afford insurance and freeway driving scares them). My husband and I paid for GD to have behind the wheel driver's training and she has passed the written. Thought she would love to drive afterwards, NOPE... She says there are to many crazy drivers on the highway.
Here is a pic of this spoiled GD Savannah and her friend Glenn (his chosen american name from the comic series, 'The Walking Dead', his real name is Heejae.) ! (GD was vacationing in South Korea and Japan at the time.)

Back up 2 lbs. Not gonna worry about it. Maybe too much fathead pizza in one week. It will drop again. Time to take my measurements to see inches lost. My pants don't fit anymore!
