Good point. Depending on what you wish to achieve, you may well be dropping BF and gaining lean muscle. A lot of people have this happen and get frustrated with the lack of weight loss. Take a look in the mirror. Do you like what you see with the more you do what you're doing? then either keep doing it or change what you're doing (or not) Smile

I guess I should have put "try not to eat late at night" Have no food (if you can help it) approx 2-3 hours before bed. You dont really need it.

cardio (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training for 30 mins or more. But the main way to burn fat is to eat correctly.
