I caved and ate a doughnut. Back on track now! This job could drive a person to eat them all day long. So glad I get a break next week

Feeling good. Got more protein today, things are moving I love how I feel when I'm not eating too much wheat. I am ok with the small amounts in creams and stuff. It seems like the first part of me to lose weight is my hands... really I didn't need to lose it from there 😊

I just can't seem to get there back to little to no wheat. I think its the culprit
