I need to get on track I have a wedding dress to fit into 119 days. That should be enough motivation bur it doesn't seem to be. I am going to push myself to do some kettle bell workout. Nothing huge but I need to tone up some middle and arms. Maybe start walking or get back on my evil bike. Need to be pushed still slowing down on the wheat but I know I can do better

Eating less wheat sure does help that number move. And I feel so much better with less of it. You sure can tell the difference, I would recommend it for anyone to try, just don't go crazy, I still eat it just not a lot or everyday. Hope everyone is doing well!

Well I haven't been on a lot. I have been busy. Its spring in Montana, we have had lots of snow an bitter cold temps. But the last few days have been super nice, now I have a yard full of wet snow/water/mud. The best part is we have been slowly building a shop on our property for our business. We are now being wrongfully evicted from the shop we are in. Currently. So that means a hurry on building in this slop, big trucks for cement coming later this week. I really hope some things dry up a little and they can get busy getting this thing built. I have been stressed, with that ^^^ stuff along with TOM and a head cold, I think I have eaten ok lately not even thinking about it but I haven't even stepped on the scale this week. I want to make chocolate chip cookies today. The first time I have felt the need to have sweets for a while.

I have been sick the last few days eating more crabs than usual. I am hoping that as I start to feel better I can cut the wheat back down again. I'm hoping to see the scale drop another pound but I can't see it by this Saturday maybe next Saturday.
