Night number two of Focus T25 by Beachbody. It was a good workout. Didn't even make it to 1,000 calories today so I'm super tired, but getting a protein shake in me so I can recover. I wore a new outfit today, and I looked freakin AWESOME. So, I make a little Before / After photo here. It's pretty impressive. I'm so happy and excited with my results so far and I'm ready to keep moving forward!



I'm not saying I think fitness will make your life better. I'm saying I KNOW fitness will make your life better! Only 12 lbs from my first goal, then I'm going to shoot for another big goal. THANK YOU to all my FatSecret friends for being a great support community!

BACK AT IT!


Finally able to get back to my workouts 12 days after surgery (2 days ago). Got in a great run Sunday night and a pretty good strength night last night. I didn't want to push it too far, and almost stopped my post-boxing run because of pain in my abdomen, but I pushed through and I feel great for it.

13 Lbs away from my initial goal of 75 lbs to lose. And I'm excited to hit 185 so I can set another goal. I'm ready to kick it into full gear and really impress the world; especially after being 'out of the game' for the last month or so while dealing with my pain and then surgery.

It's GO time!
