Really in need of HELP!
It seems that you may not be really commiting yourself to this. I love bread and rice and potatos. Sweet tea cookies all that bad stuff. But I realized in order to loose this fat I have to commit so I gave it all up when I started the South beach diet. i had my mom come over and I gave her everything in my cabinets and fridge that I couldnt eat so i wouldnt be tempted. Started fresh and all i have in the fridege now is meat and veggies. I acually like it make me feel healthier. I just started South Beach on sunday and have already lost 3 lbs. If you need a buddy or someone to help you commit to this I will be there for you. I have also found that its allot easier if you plan your meals the day befor so that you have something to look forward. It doesnt have to be boring stuff either. I hope that I helped you some. Stick to it you can do it!!!!!Very Happy

Just started
Hi everyone!My name is Amanda, I just started my diet on Sunday. I think I have ben sticking to it pretty well. Especailly because my jeans havent been feeling so tight. The hardest thing for me is eating breakfest. So Sunday night I made a quishe with 6 eggs 1 half onion 1 half bell pepper 2 cups of spinach and 1cup sherred low fat chedder. So that way i can cut out a peice every day and bring it in to work with 2 pieces of turkey bacon and that has been working out very well. I am one of those that love bread so it has been really hard for me to stay away. On Sunday when I bought all my groceries to start my diet I had my mom come over and I gave her everything that I can not eat! And now I have nothing in my house but meat and veggies. Which was a very good thing to do because I can get easily tempted. Good luck to everyone!
