Of course I would sleep in. The only time I literally sleep is when I have plans in the early morning. So I missed out on the gym so far today, ugh.
I guess I'll make a fresh pot of coffee, play some Xbox for a bit, then hop on my exercise bike for an hour or two.
A little bit disappointed.

DAY TWO

It sucks to be an insomniac like me, but sometimes it pays off..I've actually accomplished quite a bit today in regards to things I've left on the back-burner for a bit. I'm the master-procrastinator as well.
1:00am, and today starts day one of going back to the gym. My friend and I went a few times last week, but ended up stopping because things kept coming up with our different schedules. But this week we both have off of school, so the next three days for sure are going to be 6:00am workouts - eep!
She's a good workout partner. She pushes me to my limits, because she knows that what I'm doing isn't what I'm fully capable of.
Gonna go hard today!

Day
ONE
:
Well, here's to the beginning. It's 12:40am, and I'm feelin' okay so far. 15 days cigarette-free, and 4 days alcohol free. Currently sitting on 168.0lbs.
Starting back up at the gym on Wednesday. 6am workouts, 5 times a week(alternating cardio with legs/arms/abs). Along with the gym, I've planned on busting out the WiiFit(calories burned, are calories burned) and also the stationary bicycle I have in my basement.
5'4, 168.0lbs(76.2kg), BMI: 28.8.
