I feel bad. I haven't been online, partake in the challenge requirements, or workout. Starting today I'm getting back on track.
The lack of support definitely doesn't help.
I've lost half a pound since last weigh in, I suppose that's okay.
Looking at the requirements when I weighed in, I suppose I've been doing fairly well with keeping up with the challenges. I just have to make sure to post, post, post, post!
I've just installed the app for my phone as well, which'll make keeping up with it all so much easier!
Time to rise and grind from my laziness.
I'm doing this.

First day back in the swing of things, I feel more in control that I have felt lately. I haven't exercised in a couple days, but I will definitely be hopping on the exercise bike at some point today, probably early in the afternoon.
I finally have the FatSecret app synced to my account online, and so far it definitely has helped to remind me to record anything and everything.
Emotionally, though. I'm definitely not up to doing anything. Boo.
I'll have to try and seriously motivate/push myself to do 30-60minutes on the bike today.
Well, my green tea is done.
Hope you're all having a wonderful sleep, 'cause I certainly am not(haha).
