Managed to stick to the diet all weekend... pretty proud of myself! Still hanging in steady at 198.6lb, but I'll take that over a weight gain. ;)
Did some gardening over the weekend. Would love to do some more today but with the heat advisory for our area, I will probably have to wait until late evening.
In the meantime, here is a photo of me gardening yesterday. Yes, that's a rice hat. ;)

Restaurant outing on Saturday, BBQ on Sunday, and a trip across the border yesterday meant some poor eating choices over the last few days... namely foods including gluten. I think most of this is bloat.
