Losing Weight Without a Gym?!?
I have co workds who have tried the hcg drops and they lost. Anything you do relly you have to keep it up so it is about making a change to your lifestyle. No matter what you choose if you don't keep it up nothing will ever change. I'm currently doing the hcg pellets. I just want to get a head start. My son has an xbox kincet so I brought the my shape and let me tell you that's all you need. wheww. Find what works best for you. good luck

NEED A GREAT START
TODAY I'M STARTING THE 7 DAY CABBAGE SOUP DIET.. IT'S A GREAT START. I HAVE TRIED IT BEFORE AND LOST 6 POUNDS. SO I'LL CHECK IN WITH YOU GUYS TO KEEP YOU POSTED. WISH ME LUCK. AND I'M ALSO DOIN GA 10,000 STEPS A DAY AS WELL.
