Looking for Buddies too!
Hey! My BF is from Maine... we're currently living in rural Vermont, but plan on relocating in a few years to Maine. I also have horrible knees but have been pushing through the pain and swelling lately. Are you using any particular diet or exercise program? I'm on Weight Watchers and have been trying C25K (plan on really starting on Monday).

Shaking it up
WECANDOTHIS~ I'm a huge fan of Billy Blank's bootcamp as well as Jillian's 30DS... I find both really work me out and make me sore the next day (I love feeling sore because it makes me feel like I've actually done something)... My new fave DVD is Turbo Jam... I love the music and how personable she is. I could keep rambling and rambling...!
