It's hard doing this alone
It is never easy to lose weight at any age..I know someone your age who is struggling with it as well..I told them that at your age,,just get more involved in more physical activities and give yourself a break..

The weekend
Good morning everyone,
I spent the weekend with friends and we ate and drank freely and this morning it was just ugly.
I feel like I ate Thanksgiving meals everyday and the weigh reflects it.Today I am trying to get motivated again.This cold weather does not help much.

The munchies
First Congratulations on your weight loss. WAY TO GO!!!! What a inspiration !!Thank you for writing back.I do not know if this is true or not. Supposedly eating more protein during that time helps the craving, I am trying it.
I got on the scale this morning UGH!!! I know you should not get near the scale this time of the month. Oh well!!
