I didn't loose,but I didn't gain either, so that's good I guess. I haven't logged lately but have been watching what I eat. Haven't done much exercise cause I've been pretty busy. I will soon, next week.currently I'm sitting at the airport getting ready to board heading to Tulsa for 5 days, so needless to I won't be on much for the next few days. Hope all my buddies are doing well!

this Journaling is going to be harder than I thought...I haven't had the time to get on my computer or the app...I am just going to have to somehow FIND the time. I been able to do good on my eating...haven't had any sodas, I haven't been much of a soda drinker anyway, so stating way from that is not that big of a deal for me. Sweets, that depends on what it is :) but been staying away from those also. For breakfast these last few days I've been juicing...I made one with a "grapefruit, an orange, spinach, celery, a piece of ginger root and 1/4 sweet potatoe and this morning i added some baby carrots...very tasty and filling. Now I am off to the Zoo with the grandkids and my oldest daughter. Its gonna be a great day! Hope everyone is have a terrific Sunday!!

So, I am resetting my diet and will begin 4/12/2014. Yes, I joined in January but didn't follow thru so, as of Saturday...I'm hoping to loose 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week. Wish me luck :)

I will begin to record my activities today and my intake so, wish me luck. I haven't really don't this before but I think it will be ok. A wonderful day to all and thanks so much for the support...you all rock!!
