I live in Albuquerque, NM and I am 48yrs old and I have 3 grown children, 2 girls and 1 boy who is the youngest ( 30, 27 and 25) I have 3 grandchildren (10, 8 and 6) and another on the way, so I'm pretty excited about that. The youngest of my grandchildren, he will be 7 yrs old May 1, well, the little guy wanted to go play football last weekend, so he had me running all over the park, OMG! and that is when I knew I REALLY need to get into shape! He will definitely help with the exercise part of it :) on the weekends that he gets to come and stay with me, so for the rest of the time, I would love to find buddies that will give me that push when I need it, which will be quite often and I will make sure to push back so if you are in need of that also, drop me a note...virtual buddies are great to have and if any of you are in the Albuquerque, NM area maybe we could even meet up sometime and work out together, I got a membership at Planet Fitness recently and i'm looking forward to that.

As for diet, I started juicing my own veggies and fruits and they are pretty good! I am trying to watch what I eat and sometime I'll do a protein shake instead of a meal...I just really need to sit down and plan instead of just "doing as I go" you know...? That's it for now and if you have suggestions, please feel free to drop me a line or two...or three....lol

Melatonin works great...taken 20 minutes before you're ready for bed. Works wonders and you don't feel groggy in the morning.
