I'm 43 year old, married with a 21 year old step daughter. I have been diagnosed with Type II diabetes within the past year and I have not been good about what I eat or controlling my weight. My father pasted away this year and it's made me think about my mortality. He also had diabetes and I do not want to end up with the same health issues he had when he passed.
