Eating only salad for lunch. Skipping breakfast, and eating a decent 700 calorie dinner. So far this is working well. Dinner is started with a large salad, Greek yogurt, and meat.

2 meals a day. Skip breakfast. Caffeine. Lots if veggies. Yogurt, some meat (steaks and chicken breasts), and lots of zero calorie soft drinks. Oh, and celery with low calorie dipping sauce. That's what makes you lose weight fast. Add in exercise and the fat comes off faster.

Weight loss is painfully slow. Need to eat more protein at night. So far I've lost close to 6 lbs. Another 12 lbs to go.

Started exercising 20 minutes every morning. Hopefully that kicks the fat loss into high gear. Have only 5 weeks to lose 10 lbs.

Just eating celery with humus, some meat and salads (tomatoe, spring greens, cucumber, along with balsamic vinegar). Oh, also some flavoured Greek yogurt and low calorie yogurt. Doing well so far. Also skipping breakfast and eating a salad for lunch. My only really high calorie meal is at dinner.
