Hello FS friends,
I have been using FS during my Keto journey that began May 13th, 2017. I have gone from 227 lbs to about 194 so far. I have been incredibly happy with the success and empowerment I have had doing Keto. I feel like I can continue this as a lifestyle and get to high school size which was a long time ago for me.( I am 53)
I had a great experience at Target a couple days ago. I was trying on some clothes and trying to find the right length pants. I am between a 32-34. I decide to check out their Chinos and accidentally grabbed size 34 waist. Tried them on and liked their fit. It was not until the next day that I had grabbed the wrong size...I started this diet in 38-40 waist and thought I was a 36. Realized 2 days later that I fit into a 34. Small successes are the beat
