It's been a crazy long week/weekend, but not too much damage done. I am steady at my weight from last week. Ate too much this weekend. Too many cookouts, too many sweets, too much fun! lol. I have not exercised in about 2 weeks. I have to start back. Softball season ends for us next week so that will free up my nights to start walking and working out. I am just so thrilled to be in the 160's, but I don't need to let that stop me from continuing on. I would love to hit the 150s by my 4th of July trip. Totally doable. I just need to refocus. Been lazy too long.

Finally!!! I am in the 160's!! I am so happy. I have not seen that number in over 8 years! It is making me want to try harder to make sure I don't go back up to the 170's. This has been a long time coming and I am feeling pretty good!

Little by little. I need to buckle down. I don't like only posting a 1 lb loss over the last 2 weeks. Things should settle down soon. I will get back in the game 100% then. As for now, I am just winging it.
