Hmm, this experiment is showing a stable-state. Time to adjust intake by -500 calories and re-run. Fingers crossed.

With my body weight not really going anywhere, despite sticking to the RDI for moderate weight-loss and actually putting everything into the food diary, I've decided to lower my calorific intake by 500cal and monitor.

My weight isn't shifting much, but we also have one of those "body fat percentage" bioelectric/resistance sensors, and that's consistently decreasing. Perhaps "opportunistic exercise" (taking stairs, walking the long way 'round, pushups and stretches at random times) are actually having some effect?

By the tears of Dionysus, this weekend was a complete blow-out! What with visitors who bake, stormy "inside" weather, a hellish previous week at work and a subsequently greatly-weakened resolve thanks to the necessity of rum (argh), I have completely failed to record anything. As such, I've eaten biscuits a'plenty, drank like a fish, and lay around the house like a log.
Enough! Get back on the bandwagon before it gets too far away to catch. Plenty of sleep last night means I'm feeling positive about things this morning, so that's a good platform to stand upon.
