Only one day in and I catch myself eating bread and, later, icecream. Not the most auspicious start; but I'm not going to beat myself up over it, since there genuinely wasn't much in the cupboards (until D got home) and certainly nothing on the 4HB list. But there is now!

Oy. A month off while moving (and a pregnant partner to share icecream with) has pushed my weight back up to 96.3kg and body-fat over 30% (according to weight-watchers scales, only accurate for comparison).
In a few months our son will be born, so this is well and truly my last chance to get serious about a healthy lifestyle before our schedule goes crazy.
Starting TODAY(!) I'm doing the "Four Hour Body" diet from Tim Ferris' book of the same name. In short: lots of protein, lots of fibre and very little sugar, starches or simple carbs.
