Wheelchair Exercise Question
Hi I am trying to figure out how many calories I burn through exercise. I use a manual wheelchair pushing myself around our park. About 1.7 miles per lap x 3 laps at a rate of 34 minutes per lap. I also do 100 chair pushups per day. Also would swimming burn more or less calories using just my arms for 1 hour than someone using both arms & legs? Also does weight lifting burn a significant number of calories for just upper body 3 days per week? I weigh 238 lbs & am 5 ft tall.

Low Carb & Vegetarian
Hi, is there any way to eat 20 grams of carbs (or less) per day while eating vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs)? Maybe even vegan as I don't eat much dairy either? I use Unsweetened Almond Milk in place of cow's milk.
Thanks!
