Awful awful gallbladder emergency surgery on New Years. Since then, I’ve cut fat from my diet because my body is still adjusting to digesting food without my gallbladder. No dairy, red meat, processed foods, greasy/fried foods, butter, caffeine, vegetable oil for the next month. I just wish I weren’t in pain anymore. Healing from this surgery has been much more difficult than I imagined.
