DH had weight loss surgery 2 years ago and now he's starting the P90X and leaving me in the dust!!! So as of today I'm gonna try, no START losing weight and exercising. The last and only time I tried was before I was pregnant with my 2nd (&last) child. We were both trying out that pill that was all the rage back in the late 90's - Metabolife I think. I lost some good weight and then got pregnant lol. It made my husband jittery so we never tried that again.
I am looking into the 1200 calorie diet with 30 mintues of walking a day and will throw some stepping in there since we have those at home. Heck I may even check out the P90X too. He's always saying how sore he is and keeps having to start over after taking too many recovery days off.
Since I am a being weenie this is gonna be a challenge for me but I really want to lose a good bit of weight for the holidays and that way my New Years resolution will be to KEEP off the weight instead of lose some weight!
