Weighed in at 137 today...a little surprised but I will take it...been feeling pretty good the last couple of days but I don't know about maintaining this weight at the moment...we'll see how the next couple of days go...hopefully no binging but I need to make sure I eat well

I have had up and downs but going in the right direction. this 100runs in a 100 days as really made the difference. I have to be careful and try to mix things up in a bit.

Two weigh-ins in a row under 140. Feeling like things are going well...although I am eating a lot and exercising a lot. no sweets cravings are pretty much over so that is good. I think my best move has been cutting out cola after 1500 because I am getting better sleep. Therefore, I am not eating out of being tired.

I have made a few resolutions since I last wrote...first, I started my 100 Runs in 100 Days. Second, I have stayed away from chocolate and candy for the month of January...I did this for two weeks last time and it worked pretty well. It is in some contradiction to my new book...Eat what you love...but it is working for me now. Feeling great right now
