I have been hovering around 133 for a few weeks now. I am not complaining. I have been working out a lot and eating a lot. Need to find some better snack choices but the protein bars are treating me well. I have a couple of months left before heading back so we'll see if 130 is a possibility.

Felt pretty good today although the morning workout was a little of a struggle to get through. Going to try to not binge on a lot of food this afternoon before my evening Insanity workout.

I am now 1 lb under my goal weight but these last couple of days have not been the best. I need to re-ground myself and push through this tough time. My boyfriend Chris has been helpful in keeping motivated so I am really loving him for that.
I have started mixing up my workouts. I used to run twice a day but now I am running in the morning and doing Insanity workout in the evening (and sometimes still running). Going to try this for about a month!

Wow, today I hit my goal--way earlier than I envisioned. Was quite excited to see 134.8 on the scale--with my shirt and shorts on so it will be even less. It has been about 2.5 months since i weighed in at 145 so I think it has been a gradual decline. I am worried that my deployed lifestyle will be different when I get back home so I am going to try to plateau at this level or even a little lower (Might try to get to 130). We'll see how I much I weigh on Sunday.

Still going strong. Been diligent for almost 30 days now...just need to keep working for another 30 days because I understand it takes 60 days to make a habit. Felt great today and am looking forward to my next weigh-in in on Thursday.
