Update for the first day...My boyfriend, Chris, has promised to help me, especially to cut out the sugar. I am thankful that we are now living together and he can keep me honest.

I thought I had hit the bottom a couple of days ago but I was wrong. Today I weighed in at 149.4. This is about 20 lbs gained in 6 months since I returned from my deployment. I understand that one gains weight after deploying but this has been unhealthy and I feel I have been in a spiral. I never thought I would see 150 lbs again and it has been several years since I did. Therefore, I need to recapture the commitment and fire I once had. My boyfriend Chris is going to be an important role model in this operation that I am coining Operation 150/15. The endgame is to lose 15 lbs by 15 Feb 16. That is 3.5 months which is doable.
