got up to 256 after way too much fun over Christmas and New Years 2011
I love to eat - just do - now I'm trying again to control that.

I like Akins because I'm never hungry on it but drop off it when the holidays start up - so I've regained lbs lost and back up to 240 (July 27,2012) so back on the wagon again

turned 56 this year - working out again - can't do treadmill due to foot issues - hurt my left knee scubbing the carpet with the green machine got a steam cleaner upright after that but still have to be careful putting weight on it so work outs are interesting that reqire me doing floor work but I'm going to stick with it and it should get easier as I lose weight.

will have to try that - I've reported it several times and quit joining the challages for a while because it wouldn't update

Eat, Fast, Live Longer!
well I thank you for posting this thread - had heard a bit but after reading this I looked into it more - so far I'm loving this - so much easier than trying to keep every single day under - still doing the low carb because that keeps hunger at bay for me.
doing my 3rd week and the feast days are even easier to stay low carb - did have one blow out day last week (stressed) and didn't even enjoy it like I usually do and didn't end up eating near as much as usual
I was eager to get back to low carb which never happens - usually takes a week or so to pull myself back to low carb.
I fast on mondays and fridays but love that I can change that up if I need to. so far so good Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every morning - sometimes in the late evening - it does help to keep me on track but I only record my weight on FS when I'm sure there has been a change (if the scale shows a loss for a couple of days, as it does go up and down depending on how late I ate - ect....
