Have you got health shops in Ireland? I think they might sell them. They are so expensive though. I refuse to pay the high prices of Atkins products

Atkins causing Colon Cancer??!!!!
I read this in the paper too!! Some people just dont agree with the low carb way of dieting - last year the doctors were praising it, the year before they were saying how dangerous it was.......
My sister told me not to do the Atkins, my friend said its bad for your kidneys! A lot of people dont understand the diet and just listen to all the bad press. I for one, am not taking that report too seriously though.
But its your decision

Sugar free sweets
Hi everyone. Does anyone know if sugar free sweets would also mean low carbs?
I have come accross some sugar free lollypops but the packet doesn't state the carb content
Would it be best to stay away?
