Have found it hard this time round as our shops have discontinued low carb products. Ive mainly lived on salads with meat, very boring but I'm getting used to it.
Ive dropped a dress size so Im happy about that.

Ive been on the atkins 6 weeks now. I havent weighed myself due to not having any scales!!! but I know Ive lost weight due to my clothes fitting better.
The trouble is---Im finding it so hard this time round.Choosing what to eat each day is becoming so boring that I feel like giving up! I just feel so ill at the thought of more meat. Im sticking to the induction for a few more weeks yet, but pleeeease someone, help keep me motivated. What do you do when you feel like giving up?
