Wow. Three pounds off since yesterday!? Water weight? I don't know! This is the same thing that happened to me years ago when I lost weight. The first week was great, the second week nothing happened, and right back off again. I know I shouldn't weigh everyday, but I can't help myself. Numbers really don't bother me at all. I think it is interesting how weight comes off. I follow my diet regardless of what the scale says because I know it works. Sometimes you have a week when you don't lose anything. I wonder why that is... :)

I've lost 10lbs now since I started on the 15th of this month. So far so good! About to head out to the gym. I bet once I get the gym thing really kicking into gear, the pounds will really come off. Even if it stays at this pace, I'm really happy. My work pants are getting loose! :)
