Hi - I am a 60 year old grandmother of 6. I work at the family business and sit at a desk most of the day. I am so happy I found this site - I have FINALLY decided to get serious about this weight loss. I used to be a very skinny person waaaaaay back when (HS and up until I was about 30)and I would like to feel good, have more energy, and look better. I just started and HOPE I stick with it. Two days and so far so good, haha!!
