This is my third week of keeping track of water and eating. I keep the journal with me and recording everything even when I have pizza or a glass of wine. I am not feeling deprived. I have 8 weeks until I have to go to the two weddings in September. I feel I can achieve my 7# goal by then with 1# a week being good. I am walking daily and achieving 10,000 steps daily.
All in all pretty good

my goal this week was to get in at least 80 ounces of water. I am writing everything down and have my alarm set to eat every 3 hours. So far, so good. I have a wedding shower this weekend. I am trying to plan ahead. everything in moderation and a grad party as well. I do not want to get to Monday and derail everything I have done this week. Wish me luck
