This is my third week of keeping track of water and eating. I keep the journal with me and recording everything even when I have pizza or a glass of wine. I am not feeling deprived. I have 8 weeks until I have to go to the two weddings in September. I feel I can achieve my 7# goal by then with 1# a week being good. I am walking daily and achieving 10,000 steps daily. All in all pretty good
