This is not working well
I wasn't losing weight for a couple of weeks, but I measured my waist/belly and I had lost 3 inches! I think it's important that people shoot for a 1 or 2 pound weight loss a week and consider anything above the 2 pounds as a bonus. I think to see the higher numbers on the scale we have to follow the plan perfectly...drink enough water, eat enough fiber, stay in the 120 grams of carbs a day, eat vegetables and and no more than 15 grams of sugar daily. Speaking for myself, I have rarely followed the plan "perfectly".
