Buddies?
Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and I am 24 years old. I am married and have a wonderful daughter. I never struggled with my weight growing up. I was always a thin child and a fit teenager. I never thought about my weight at all, I ate whatever I wanted and exercised moderately by walking or playing sports, but with no intention of weight control.
Then I got pregnant.
I was 114 pounds before my little one came along and on the day I gave birth I weighed 153 pounds. The first 20 pounds came off easily, without any hard work involved, so I just thought the rest would follow. Well, my baby is now four years old, and I still weigh 130 pounds.
I have just started doing FS the last couple of days, but I can already see that although I have began eating healthier, carbs still make up about 50% of my food intake! That has to stop. Also I have stopped drinking soda or sweet drinks, I only allow myself coffee in the morning (I have to have it) and water, lots and lots of water. So, I hope this will help? I really want to get back down to my desired weight and boost my self esteem in the process. My set backs? I love food and don’t really care for exercise, lol. I am really going to have to re-learn a lot of thing about eating.
Would love to start making buddies so that I could build a support system on here, I really need one!!

I only feel fat in pictures...who can relate.
Yes, I absolutely feel this way!! There are days that I get up and get dressed and think, “Wow, I am looking pretty darn lovely today,” and then someone takes a picture....And now they are digital so I can see how horrible I look immediately!! I have deleted, hidden, and destroyed more pictures of myself than I would ever like to admit!

Scale Discrepancy
So I have started weighing myself at home, usually right before I shower each morning (so naked, lol) Well, today I got weighed at the doctor’s office and I am 6 pounds heavier according to the doctor’s scale!! So- now I hate myself, lol. But in addition to that, should I change my scale to match that one, should I keep my scale the same, should I try to convince myself I was wearing 6 pounds of clothes/shoes?? Would love some help!
