I am a 32 year old funeral director, and have been married for 4 years. I was always that person who never had to worry about what I ate or how much I exercised. I danced and waitressed and was naturally active. Since I started funeral directing - sitting at a desk, stressful job, major adjustment to hectic schedule and top it all off with working for my family - I gained 35 pounds and forgot what it felt like to be healthy. In the past two years I have lost 20 lbs and am almost there, just need a good push :)
