Can I please vent here today? I just want to express my feelings somewhere so I can move on and refocus on my diet/exercise journey.
It's really frustrating to meet someone wonderful only to find out they belong to someone else already. It feels like you are watching the life you've always dreamed of unfold from the other side of the glass. It makes you wonder why you had to cross paths with this person if nothing was meant to happen anyway. I've had this argument with myself many many times before so believe me when I say that I've heard it all already. Anyway, I'm just really sad today. Which sucks more because today marks the end of my 4th month on this journey and I am happy about that and my progress so far. To get it all out if my system, I allowed my self some extra calories today. I stuck to my allowed foods but ate more than my usual. I have not touched the 600 calorie mark since my 1st week here. I hope I don't regret it too much when I weigh next week.
Anyway, tomorrow is a brand new day. I will be back to sticking to my diet/exercise plan and continue to gear towards my target weight.

I kind of expected this one. My salt craving is back and I've been eating salt with my cucumber and a bit of cheese on the side. But I'm still happy that I at least did not gain anything.
I'm hoping this week will be better for me and all FS users as well! =)

I'm really happy today! Not allowing my 'no loss week' last week affect me really paid off! =) I'm finally in the 130's level and have less than 20 lbs to lose!
I'm spreading my positive energy and love to all fs users! We can all do this! =)

Okay. So I'm currently stuck at 143 lbs. But I'm still happy because my pants feel looser than they did last week even if, apparently, I didn't lose any weight.
Plus, while waiting for my turn at the social security office, they flashed this quote on the screen: "you can never fail if you don't give up!". Take that frenemy scale! =P

Salt cravings have been craaaazy! I have been eating salt with my cucumber and jicama and, I know, it's NOT GOOD! I think it has something to do with my monthly visitor just around the corner. Or maybe I'm making excuses? Anyway, I'm back to my 2 lb loss week. Not sure if it has something to do with my salt binge. Either way, I've decided to declare a no salt week. Not going to be easy but I CAN AND WILL DO IT! I hope you all had a better week and a greater week ahead! =)
