And you wonder why I haven't been around lately. Lost my focus, and couldn't regain it. Old habits are much too easy to pick up again. But once more my body feels poorly, and I so want to re-focus. What better time than now. It doesn't have to begin on a Monday, it doesn't have to begin first thing in the morning. It just has to begin when I'm ready, willing and able to commit again. Wish me luck!

Here I am. Re-dedicating myself to making the right choices instead of the easier ones. It's been a reminder of how easy it is to slip back into old familiar habits, particularly ones of taste. I am a flavor junkie. One bite of chocolate is not enough. BUT, my willpower is stronger, my character is stronger, my drive is stronger than my addiction to sweets. I've been strong enough before, I am strong enough now.
I can do this!!! :-)
