Doing it at last!!! So excited about losing this weight at long last! I am not really hungry either. The foods are good too. Tonight when Joseph had a good ol' pizza, so did I... Of course it was a Pizza by NutriSystem but it tasted pretty darn good! I am so looking forward to the next few months of continued loss! Also, my mood has improved and I have lots more energy! What a bonus! So far now, I've lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks. Is that good? OH YEAH!

Been eating out with family too much but back on track as of today. Got to lose weight in time for Stacie's wedding in August.
OK,,, SO I JUST FIGURED OUT THIS 7 POUNDS LOST IN MARCH THING... I ONLY HAVE TO LOSE 1-3/4 POUNDS A WEEK TO MAKE THAT GOAL !!!! AND THE GREAT THING IS, THAT IF I LOSE 7 POUNDS A WEEK UNTIL AUGUST, I CAN BE DOWN 35 POUNDS AND DOWN TO 187 AND I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET DOWN TO 180 OR AT LEAST 185.... I REALLY BELIEVE I CAN DO THIS !!!!

Received a message from Dorrie & it was encouraging cause she just started NS. I also just joined a March challenge. I am really having fun with NS since I am not hungry & the foods are delicious. Also, it is so easy since the meals are all planned out for us. I am going to keep on going for my goal. I may even set it lower!
