Been eating out with family too much but back on track as of today. Got to lose weight in time for Stacie's wedding in August.


OK,,, SO I JUST FIGURED OUT THIS 7 POUNDS LOST IN MARCH THING... I ONLY HAVE TO LOSE 1-3/4 POUNDS A WEEK TO MAKE THAT GOAL !!!! AND THE GREAT THING IS, THAT IF I LOSE 7 POUNDS A WEEK UNTIL AUGUST, I CAN BE DOWN 35 POUNDS AND DOWN TO 187 AND I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET DOWN TO 180 OR AT LEAST 185.... I REALLY BELIEVE I CAN DO THIS !!!!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
