I'm over 50 & thought I was doing pretty good with my weight, but I love Hummus & Baba Ghanoush, too much. Living in a country where woman can't work & the temp is 131 in the shade is harder than people think. Because I stay in doors, I sit infront of the TV & do counted cross stitch. And of coarse eat more than I should or need. My Father, Brother & Brother-in-law resently had heartattacks & my Mother is Diabetic. I don't want this to happen to me. So a week ago I started to use a treadmill for 45 to 60 min. every morning. Yesterday I started drinking water, alot.
