I'm a mom/AF wife. I lost all my baby weight but gained it all back within three months due to lots of stress, very poor dieting and no exercise. I'm tired of not being comfortable in my own skin and avoiding mirrors. It's time to lose it all!

Yes, I have a lot less sodium in my "diet". I don't have menstrual cycles. (thank you mirena!) I weigh myself around the middle of the day, when my son is napping, so it's between 1:30pm and 3:30pm. If it's just water weight, will I end up gaining it all back soon? I think I'm gonna just get a new scale. =) Just to be sure.

How did I do this?
So my electric scale says I lost 5lbs in four days and 3lbs since yesterday? I haven't been stuffing my face like I usually have, but I also haven't been doing any extra exercising. Should I get a new scale? Is this happening to anyone else?
