I have just started my Weight Wage today and am trying to figure out what I can have and still be under 1400 calories aday. So far I had
2 slices of white bread with honey 130
1 cup of coffee with cream 70
2 hard boiled eggs 154
1/4 c. of fresh blackberries 75
1/2 c. 2% milk
6 sourdough pretzel nuggets 60
drinking water in between.
