Day 2 of the 6 week 100 Push Ups and 200 Sit Ups program did not go as well as day 1. I was very sore which limited me, but I pushed through the best I can. But, at 300 lbs, I think I am doing well.
My diet is going very well, and I have been able to be following it to a tee. I feel so much better in the morning when I wake up.

I had a solid week being very strict with my caloric intake. This makes me very excited to go to my official weigh in at my dietitian in about 30 minutes. I also started this 6 Week 100 Push Ups Plan and 6 Week 200 Sit Ups Plan. Basically, at the end of 6 weeks, if I follow their plan, I can do 100 push ups and 200 sit ups straight. I know I can get there, just a matter of doing it. But, I feel great afterwards. My 7 year old is doing it with me so that should help with motivation as I don't want to let him down.

What a great start to my diet. I lost 9 lbs in the first week! I was very excited going in as I knew I dropped a bit as my shirt no longer was busting by the buttons. This week will be tough as I am heading to NY for a long weekend for a wedding, but I AM determined.
Don't forget to watch the sodium, folks!

Day 3 in the books. I have been able to keep my daily intake under 1200 calories thanks to the adipex. The Orlando Diet calls for one day of fasting with real juices and fresh fruits and water only once a week. Dr. Green usually waits until a patient is a month or so in but I am going to try it this Monday. I used to do it on Fridays but I think Mondays is better since that's my weekly appointment with him so it could keep me honest over the weekend knowing I need to weigh in in Monday. We shall see.
I'm so excited about this I can't wait until my weigh in on Monday to see how much I lost!

I went to my first Dr. appointment today. Dr. suggested a 1800 cal/day diet, but I am going to first attempt 1200/day. I was prescribed Adipex. I'm looking forward to a new life.
