So 2 hours of tennis today burned 2200 calories per fatsecret.com. That seems awfully high. Doesn't intensity have anything to do with it? If this is accurate then omg, need to play more tennis!

73 lbs to go seems like an eternity. I'm down 13 pounds after 3 weeks. I just want it all to be gone already. Tired of tight shirts at work.

Lost 9 lbs the first week, gained a pound the second, now down another 5 from the previous week. All in all, I'm off to a good start.
The second week can be explained! It was my sisters wedding back home on Long Island. No surprise there I indulged a little bit, but because I worked hard the first few days (Mon-Wed), I only gained 1 lb. by the end of the week. That's a win in my book considering.
After a full week being back home, I lost 5 lbs. which felt great because I was a bit discouraged last week. AND, I broke out of the 300s and into the 200s which felt great as well!
