Well, I am trying a diet of my own, partly with NutriSystem and partly substituting other equally healthy foods with similar calorie counts. I exercised tonight, which made me feel better. I have to take a cool shower afterwards, though, because my medications make it difficult for my body to regulate its temperature. I work with it, though. What I would really like to do is get back into swimming and judo. That would be great. I have to get over my fat and my injuries, first, though. Swimming is a lot nearer than judo at this point. But I love to swim. The best exercises I have ever done are running, swimming, judo, and weight-lifting. I like sports, too, of just about any type - baseball, basketball, frisbee, volleyball, football, you name it. Tonight, I walked. But it is a start. Now to make it a routine...along with my diet... Notice how complicated it gets very quickly!
