Doing VERY well with my food. I was floored on Friday to actually have lunch out with some girlfriends enjoy my food and it was VERY light AND healthy! And at Cracker Barrel no less. I navigated without getting some of my yummy insanely unhealthy favorites :) But I do love the trout there and even splurging on Fried Okra my calorie counts were very good! :D

A little concerned about tonight....super bowl party. But we walked this mornings and added an extra court to the route I did some crunches and Down dog/planks to work my core and I am working to eat light the rest of the day so that tonight I don't have to worry too much. I will still want to pay attention so I can log it all since I am journaling not just for me but because my doc wants to see it. I do have the app on my phone so maybe I will log as I go to keep me reigned in LOL
