So I totally over ate at the super bowl party but because I ate light all day and exercised I still burned more than I ate, barely and I way exceeded my RDI for the first time. So today water water water, exercise and a low cal day!
Too cold to go out so so far 30 minutes yoga on the wii fit, yes I dug it out dusted it off and cleaned out the corrosion and got new batteries this week-end :) I have a conference call but after I am going to do some cardio.

Doing VERY well with my food. I was floored on Friday to actually have lunch out with some girlfriends enjoy my food and it was VERY light AND healthy! And at Cracker Barrel no less. I navigated without getting some of my yummy insanely unhealthy favorites :) But I do love the trout there and even splurging on Fried Okra my calorie counts were very good! :D
A little concerned about tonight....super bowl party. But we walked this mornings and added an extra court to the route I did some crunches and Down dog/planks to work my core and I am working to eat light the rest of the day so that tonight I don't have to worry too much. I will still want to pay attention so I can log it all since I am journaling not just for me but because my doc wants to see it. I do have the app on my phone so maybe I will log as I go to keep me reigned in LOL

No walkie today. Ground is slippery with snow. We are going to walk on Saturday which is out of our norm but we did not walk together for 2 whole weeks and we don't want to lose momentum :)

Going to record this cause well been her since Sunday BUT the awesome news is there is probably a pretty dramatic dip in my future because that seems to be just a small pre-cycle up-flux and now that my cycle started that and what I have actually lost will likely drop at the same time this week-end :)
