Trying to get back in the habit of recording food for the next couple of weeks, have let it slip for a while due to manky cold and sore throat - it's mostly gone now - after a week and a half.
Not expecting lose now for a week or two as TOTM will show up by the end of the week and I always retain water like mad. But will hopefully have a 2lb loss afterwards.
Setting myself a mini goal of 10 stone/140lb by the 14th of April when I've got a party to go to for a friend's anniversary. Should be do able, it's only a 1lb a week.
With my final goal of 133lb by the 30th of May.
