I'm a 40+ mother of 3, wife, full time employed in healthcare. Loving life, hating being fat and needing more and more medication every year. High blood pressure, joint pain etc, its getting to be a problem. I have to lose the weight to feel better. Also, my husband is a bit of a work out guy and I feel like a fat slob. Yeah I said it. I have to change because I just don't feel good about my apperance anymore.
